This wildlife wonderland is secluded in the large flat basin of a long-erupted volcano, where the arid Kalahari meets the lush bushveld. The Kwena Crocodile Garden is a favourite among kids. Resplendent with an appealing ethnic architecture, Kwena is home to a variety of reptiles, including a 12- year old, 800kg Nile crocodile named ‘Footloose’.
